Responsibilities & duties:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage target prospects.
  • Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lead generation & provide regular reports and updates

Requirements

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven success in building and managing a lead pipeline and achieving lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing unique and engaging lead generation campaigns.
