KeyResponsibilities:
1. Leadmentor and manage a team of accounting and financeprofessionals.
2.Oversee advanced accounting processes including complex financialtransactions andreconciliations.
3.Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventoryvaluation.
4.Collaborate with the PM to implement accounting systems andintegrate financialtools.
5.Prepare and review financial statements ensuring compliance withaccountingstandards.
6.Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs andprovide tailoredsolutions.
7.Monitor financial performance analyze data and make strategicrecommendations to enhance client financialhealth.

RequirementsRequirements

1.Cin7 Core is Mandatory
2.Advanced accounting inventory management and financial statementpreparation.
3.Proven experience in leading and managing ateam.
4.Proficiency in accounting software and financialsystems.
5.Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
6.Excellent communication and client relationship managementskills.
7.Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meetdeadlines.
8.Knowledge of relevant financial regulations andstandards
9.Expertise in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
10.Knowledge of inventory managementsystems.
11.Experience with systems integration andimplementation.
12.Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP).
13. Detailoriented and highlyorganized.
14.Excellent leadership and interpersonalskills.

Bachelor s degree in business administration, OperationsManagement, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience(5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcingindustry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen andstrategic thinking.
