Job purpose

This position is to lead the Organisation Development & Wellbeing function in India (DBS Bank India Limited and DBS Tech India Services Private Limited), reporting to the TM/OD Head, this position provides on-site/business unit consultation, drives execution, and provides an independent, strategic view on all organization development programs and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Below are the list of roles and responsibilities (but not limited to) –

Business Partnership Lead the implementation of all key practices – performance management system, employee engagement, building strategic workforce planning, developing and building organisation & culture and institutionalizing wellbeingGenerate insights from the business to design and implement custom solutions and initiativesWork collaboratively across all HR functions to drive the function’s charter Project and Change management Lead projects, leverage networks and provide expertise to deliver global programs in IndiaDrive change management in the delivery of projects and initiatives across business unitsInfluence stakeholders to adopt and embed changes requiredIdentify problems, risks, challenges and recommend solutions to mitigate and resolve Process improvement Identify and implement ways to make a project/program delivery more efficient and streamlined Progress and impact measurement Analyze and assess the strategic objectives with a variety of data sources (including business performance) and gather industry insights/best practices to influence stakeholdersUse metrics and data to understand and demonstrate the impact of initiatives

Qualification / Skills

Master of Business Administration with a minimum of 12 to 15 years in any HR function (Experience in HR Business Partner and or specialist functions like Organisation Development or Talent Management preferred) Experience implementing one or more large-scale change management initiatives organization-wide Ability to manage vendor relationships, including vendor cost and KPI management Tested program/project management skills with data-driven reporting and impact measurement Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally Analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommending solutions Thrive in emerging and challenging environments, demonstrate superior judgment with a willingness to speak up amid adversity

Recommended but not Mandatory

Certified Practitioner in HR Practices or Psychometric tools Member/Jury/Advisory Board in leading HR Practice Organizations/Industry Groups

Physical requirements

The position is in Mumbai, travel pan India (10%)
