Experience &Qualification

Proven experience 3 to 4 years working in PR preferably in rolesfocused on organic or earned media
Qualificationrequired is Bachelors degree in Public Relations CommunicationsMarketing or related field

SkillsRequired

Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to craftcompelling stories and pitches
Excellent interpersonaland relationshipbuilding skills with a knack for networking andbuilding media contacts
Creative thinking andproblemsolving abilities with a passion for findinginnovative PRsolutions
Familiarity with social media platforms anddigital marketing trends.
Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with media monitoring and measurement tools is aplus

JobResponsibilities

Develop innovative PR strategies that focus on organic and earnedmedia opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders toalign PR initiatives with overall business goals
Cultivate relationships with journalists bloggers influencers andother media professionals who have an interest in our industry orniche. Engage in authentic and meaningful interactions to establishtrust and credibility
Create compelling and newsworthycontent such as press releases pitches articles and blog posts thatresonate with target audiences and attract media attention. Ensureall content reflects our brand identity and messagingguidelines
Identify and craft engaging stories anecdotesand narratives that showcase our organizations mission valuesachievements and impact. Find creative angles to make our brandstand out in a crowded media landscape
Plan andcoordinate PR events such as press conferences product launchescommunity engagements and sponsorships to generate buzz and mediacoverage. Manage all aspects of event logistics and mediaoutreach
Monitor social media platforms for relevantconversations trends and opportunities to insert our brand intorelevant discussions organically Foster meaningful interactionswith followers and influencers to amplify our PR efforts
Identify and nurture brand advocates including employees customersand partners who can help amplify our messaging and generatepositive word ofmouth publicity

Proactively identify potential PR risks anddevelop strategies to mitigate negative publicity. Respond promptlyand transparently to PR crises or controversies maintaining ourbrands integrity and reputation

Track and analyze the effectiveness oforganic PR campaigns and initiatives using key performanceindicators (KPIs) such as media mentions audience reach engagementand sentiment. Use insights to refine strategies and optimizefuture efforts
