Role and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Building strong bonds with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with PR strategies.

Strategic PR Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive public relations campaigns aligned with client goals. This includes researching target audiences, crafting key messages, and setting measurable objectives.

Media Relations: Cultivating relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key influencers to secure positive media coverage and placements for clients.

Content Creation: Writing compelling press releases, byline articles, blog posts, social media content, and other materials that effectively convey the client's message.

Reputation Management: Proactively monitoring media coverage, online discussions, and public sentiment towards the client. Addressing potential crises and safeguarding the client's reputation.

Event Planning and Management: Organizing press launches, product launches, and other media events to generate buzz and visibility.

Measurement and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing media coverage, social media engagement and other metrics to evaluate the success of PR campaigns, providing insightful reports to clients.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Public Relations
  • Experience in hospitality and lifestyle is a advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expertise in managing and executing communication programs
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media
  • Skilled in writing press releases, developing content and pitching stories
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
