Your Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership while fostering an environment of employee engagement, development, and high performance. Here's what your role entails:

Strategic Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of business goals and align HR initiatives to support these objectives. Provide HR consulting on key organisational issues and implement workforce planning strategies.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster positive workplace relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Performance Management: Lead the performance appraisal process, support managers in identifying performance gaps, and analyse trends for improvement.

Talent Acquisition & Management: Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop talent strategies and oversee the onboarding process for smooth integration.

Training & Development: Support managers in crafting individual development plans and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws, advise on HR policy updates, and present HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.

Change Management: Lead HR-related change initiatives, support employees through transitions, and ensure successful outcomes with structured communication plans.

Employee Engagement: Organise events and initiatives to boost workplace morale and enhance employee satisfaction.
