Job Duties andResponsibilities
  • Lead and mentor ateam of Sales Executives Account Executives Solutions Managers andSales Support Representatives and our Marketing team harnessingyour IT expertise to guide theirsuccess.
  • Develop and execute comprehensivebusiness development strategies to drive revenue growth and achievesales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the COOand stakeholders to set ambitious sales objectives and initiativestailored to the IT industry.
  • Oversee thecreation and review of project proposals contracts and agreementsto ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs andorganizational capabilities.
  • Conduct regularperformance reviews with the business development team providingconstructive feedback setting goals and identifying opportunitiesfor professional development.
  • Take a leadingrole in client interactions leveraging your IT knowledge andcharisma to secure deals and enhance Louisville Geeksreputation.
  • Forge strategic partnerships andalliances within the IT industry amplifying our presence andinfluence.
  • Cultivate strong client and vendorrelationships ensuring Louisville Geek remains a trusted partner inthe IT realm.
  • Spearhead ITfocused sales andmarketing campaigns that capture attention and driveengagement.
  • Stay abreast of IT trends andcompetitor activities seizing opportunities for innovation andgrowth.
  • Champion datadriven decisionmakinganalyzing ITspecific sales metrics to optimizestrategies.
Education andExperience
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field. MBA is aplus.
  • Proven experience in business developmentsales and marketing with a minimum of 8 years of progressiveexperience preferably within the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success indeveloping and implementing successful IT specific revenue growthstrategies.
