Overview:The NightClub Event Manager is a crucial role within our organizationresponsible for developing and managing events in collaborationwith franchise stores to drive business development throughsponsorships with FTV (FashionTV). The role requires a strategicmindset and outstanding interpersonal skills to drive the successof events and maximize brandexposure.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withFTV franchise stores to plan and execute events that align with thebrands image and drive businessdevelopment.
  • Develop and implement eventmarketing strategies to attract target audiences increase brandawareness and drive sponsorships.
  • Negotiate andsecure strategic partnerships and sponsorships to maximize eventvisibility and revenue generation.
  • Coordinatewith internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawlessexecution of events including logistics staffing and guestexperience.
  • Manage event budgets monitorexpenses and ensure events are profitable and align with businessobjectives.
  • Utilize data and feedback tomeasure event success identify areas for improvement and drivecontinuous growth.
  • Oversee event staffincluding hiring training and performance management to ensure ahigh level of professionalism and eventexecution.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trendsmarket conditions and competitor activities to identify newbusiness development and event sponsorshipopportunities.
  • Develop and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders sponsors and vendors to fosterlongterm partnerships and maximize sponsorshipopportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing andPR teams to ensure effective promotion and press coverage of eventsmaximizing brand exposure and businessdevelopment.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Degree in MarketingEvent Management or related field.
  • Provenexperience in event management with a successful track record ofconceptualizing planning and executing highimpactevents.
  • Demonstrated business developmentexperience with a focus on securing event sponsorships and drivingrevenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills withthe ability to secure favorable terms and partnerships withsponsors and vendors.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships withstakeholders sponsors and teammembers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability toidentify business opportunities analyze market trends and driveevent success through creativesolutions.
  • Proficient in budget managementfinancial analysis and ROI evaluation to ensure events areprofitable and aligned with businessobjectives.
  • Ability to work under pressuremanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlineswithout compromising quality.
  • Strong leadershipqualities with a focus on team motivation development andperformance management.
  • Flexible and adaptableto evolving business needs with a proactive and solutionorientedapproach tochallenges.


WorkingConditions:
  • Someevening and weekend work may berequired.
  • Travel may be necessary depending oneventlocations.
