  • Machine LearningFrameworks: Experience with frameworks such asTensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn orKeras.
  • DataHandling: Strong skills in handling and processinglarge datasets with proficiency in tools like Pandas NumPy andSQL.
  • ModelDevelopment: Experience in developing training anddeploying machine learning models including supervised andunsupervised learningtechniques.
  • Algorithms:Understanding of fundamental AI/ML algorithms including neuralnetworks decision trees clustering andregression.
  • DeepLearning: Familiarity with CNNs RNNs LSTMs GANs andother deep learningarchitectures.
  • CloudServices: Experience with cloud platforms like AWSGoogle Cloud or Azure for AI/ML modeldeployment.
  • VersionControl: Proficient in using version control toolssuch asGit.

Responsibilities:
(a)ModelDevelopment:
  • Designdevelop and implement machine learning models and algorithmstailored to specific businessneeds.
  • Continuously improve model performanceby experimenting with different techniques andparameters.

(b)Data Analysis &Processing:
  • Collectclean and preprocess large datasets from various sources to feedAI/ML models.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysisto uncover trends patterns andinsights.

(c)Deployment &Integration:
  • Deployand integrate AI/ML models into existing systems or newapplications ensuring scalability andreliability.
  • Monitor model performance inproduction environments and implement improvements asneeded.

(d)Collaboration &Communication:
  • Collaboratewith data engineers software developers and business analysts totranslate business requirements into AI/MLsolutions.
  • Communicate findings andrecommendations to stakeholders through reports presentations andvisualizations.

(e)Research &Innovation:
  • Stayupdated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies andmethodologies.
  • Experiment with cuttingedgeAI/ML tools and techniques to explore new opportunities forinnovation.

(f)Documentation:
  • Maintaincomprehensive documentation of models processes and results toensure reproducibility and knowledgesharing.
  • Contribute to the development of bestpractices and standards for AI/ML development within theteam.

(g)Mentorship (For SeniorRoles):
  • Provideguidance and mentorship to junior AI/ML developers helping them togrow their technical skills and advance in theircareers.
  • Lead AI/ML projects and manage teamsto ensure successful delivery ofsolutions.
