Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team at Akadex, a leading educational technology company. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain hands-on experience in business development in the Edutech industry. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's network
