Overview:TheBusiness Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growthand expansion of the company by identifying new businessopportunities building and maintaining client relationships andcontributing to the overall strategic planning. They areresponsible for driving sales and revenue growth expanding thecustomer base and developing marketstrategies.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Researching andidentifying new businessopportunities
  • Generating leads and cold callingpotential clients
  • Developing and maintaining asolid network of contacts
  • Collaborating withthe marketing and sales teams to ensure successful productlaunches
  • Attending conferences meetings andindustry events
  • Preparing sales contractsensuring adherence to lawestablished rules andguidelines
  • Building longterm relationships withnew and existing customers
  • Providingtrustworthy feedback and aftersalessupport
  • Conducting market research to identifytrends and potential opportunities
  • Creating andmaintaining a sales pipeline
  • Utilizing CRMsystems to track and analyze salesperformance
  • Presenting sales revenue andexpenses reports
  • Contributing to thedevelopment of marketing strategies
  • Negotiatingand closing deals with clients
  • Meeting andexceeding sales targets
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or related field
  • Provenwork experience as a Business Development Associate or similarrole
  • Demonstrated success in meeting andexceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of salesprinciples and customer servicepractices
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM softwareand Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to buildrapport with customers andstakeholders
  • Strategic and analyticalthinking
  • Ability to travel asneeded
  • Highly selfmotivated andresultoriented
  • Proven track record of drivingbusiness development and sales
