We are seeking anentrepreneurialminded Content Marketing Manager for ourEntrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program. This role is ideal for avisionary content creator with a deep understanding of how toproduce engaging viral content for both enterprise and SMBsegments. As an EIR you will take a handson approach in developingand executing an endtoend video content strategy curatinginfluencerled campaigns and driving impactful marketinginitiatives. Your strategic insight will ensure that our contentdirectly aligns with business goals driving measurable outcomes andbrandgrowth.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • EndtoEndVideo Content Strategy: Lead the entirecontent lifecycle from ideation to execution and distributionensuring all content aligns with business objectives. Developstrategies that leverage the latest trends and audiencebehaviours.

  • ViralContent Creation: Ideate create andproduce trending engaging content with a strong focus on videosthat resonate across business audiences particularly withinenterprise and SMBsegments.

  • TeamLeadership & Collaboration: Guideand manage internal teams and external partners including studiosinfluencers and agencies to create highquality content. Coordinateeffectively to ensure seamless projectexecution.

  • Influencer& Collaborative Campaigns: Curateand lead influencerdriven campaigns building a network ofcollaborators to drive brand engagement andreach.

  • DataDrivenStrategy: Utilize performance metrics toassess content impact refine strategies and enhance contenteffectiveness. Continuously optimize content based on data insightsto achieve maximumROI.

  • CrossPlatformContent Production: Develop and producediverse content formats including podcasts webinars live streamsand social media posts expanding our brand s reach acrossplatforms.

  • HandsOnProduction: Be proficient both in front ofand behind the camera managing the technical aspects of videoproduction from shooting toediting.

  • ContentVirality & Innovation: Leverageyour understanding of content virality to consistently produceshareable trending content that elevates our brandpresence.

  • StrategicAlignment: Ensure all content initiativesare strategically aligned with the company s overall marketing andbusiness objectives driving measurable businessvalue.

EntrepreneurialLeadership: Approach projects with anentrepreneurial spirit taking initiative to innovate experiment andimplement new ideas. Lead projects that explore new avenues forgrowth andengagement.

Requirements

  • Experience:35 years as an independent creator or in a video content lead rolewithin a brand or agencyenvironment.

  • ProvenTrack Record: Demonstrated success increating viral content with measurableoutcomes.

  • CollaborativeNetwork: Strong network of studiosinfluencers and agencies for effective collaboration onprojects.

  • MultiFormatExpertise: Proficiency in producingvarious content formats including podcasts webinars and livestreams.

  • SocialMedia Proficiency: Active social mediapresence with a proven ability to amplify content across multipleplatforms.

  • SEO& Analytics Knowledge: Workingunderstanding of SEO to boost organic reach coupled with theability to analyze metrics to refine contentstrategies.

  • TechnicalProduction Skills: Handson experience inshooting and editing videocontent.

  • Leadership& Teamwork: Excellent leadershipskills with the ability to work collaboratively acrossteams.

  • EntrepreneurialMindset: Preference for exfoundersindependent creators or professionals with a strong entrepreneurialmindset.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program,preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relatedfield. Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career insales or business development. Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written. Confidence and resilience to handle rejectionand overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as partof a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
