Key Responsibilities:
**Marketing Support**:
1.⁠ ⁠Assist the founder in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

2.⁠ ⁠Manage social media accounts and create engaging content under the guidance of the founder.

3.⁠ ⁠Help monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing reports for the founder's review.

**Business Operations Support**:
1.⁠ ⁠Support the optimization of business processes and workflows as directed by the founder.

2.⁠ ⁠Assist in implementing operational best practices and standard operating procedures.

3.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, following the founder's instructions.

**Financial Assistance**:
1.⁠ ⁠Help the founder prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

2.⁠ ⁠Monitor expenses and assist in cost control measures under the founder's supervision.

3.⁠ ⁠Support fundraising activities by preparing pitch decks and financial models as per the founder's guidance.

**New Project Research**:
1.⁠ ⁠Conduct research on potential new projects and business opportunities as directed by the founder.

2.⁠ ⁠Gather and analyze data to support decision-making for new initiatives.

3.⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by the founder.

**Internal Training**:
1.⁠ ⁠Assist in organizing and conducting internal training sessions for employees as per the founder's plans.

2.⁠ ⁠Develop training materials and resources to support skill development, under the founder's guidance.

3.⁠ ⁠Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to the founder.

**Innovation and Ideas**:
1.⁠ ⁠Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth, collaborating closely with the founder.

2.⁠ ⁠Help implement creative solutions as directed by the founder.

3.⁠ ⁠Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities, sharing insights with the founder.

**Market Research and Analysis**:
1.⁠ ⁠Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, as directed by the founder.

2.⁠ ⁠Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.

3.⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed market analysis reports for the founder's review.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,123.08 per month
