The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Woodofa Lifestyle Pvt Ltd will play a pivotal role in supporting the founder with strategic and operational initiatives across various business functions. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and versatile individual who has a strong passion for business development, marketing, operations, finance, and innovation. The EIR will assist in driving growth and improving efficiency, ensuring alignment with the founder's vision and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content under the guidance of the founder.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for the founder's review.

2. Business Operations Support:

  • Support the optimization of business processes and workflows as directed by the founder.
  • Assist in implementing operational best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, following the founder's instructions.

3. Financial Assistance:

  • Assist the founder in preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and help implement cost control measures under the founder's supervision.
  • Support fundraising activities by preparing pitch decks and financial models as per the founder's guidance.

4. New Project Research:

  • Conduct research on potential new projects and business opportunities as directed by the founder.
  • Gather and analyze data to support decision-making for new initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by the founder.

5. Internal Training:

  • Assist in organizing and conducting internal training sessions for employees as per the founder's plans.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support skill development under the founder's guidance.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to the founder.

6. Innovation and Ideas:

  • Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth, collaborating closely with the founder.
  • Help implement creative solutions as directed by the founder.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities, sharing insights with the founder.

7. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences as directed by the founder.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Prepare detailed market analysis reports for the founder's review.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in a startup environment or entrepreneurial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take on new challenges.
