AboutUs: The Entrepreneurin Residence (EIR) at Woodofa Lifestyle Pvt Ltd will play a pivotalrole in supporting the founder with strategic and operationalinitiatives across various business functions. This position isideal for a highly motivated and versatile individual who has astrong passion for business development marketing operationsfinance and innovation. The EIR will assist in driving growth andimproving efficiency ensuring alignment with the founders visionand strategicgoals.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate withthe founder to develop and execute comprehensive marketingstrategies and campaigns.
  • Manage social mediaaccounts and create engaging content under the guidance of thefounder.
  • Monitor and analyze marketingperformance metrics preparing detailed reports for the foundersreview.
2. Business OperationsSupport:
  • Support the optimization ofbusiness processes and workflows as directed by thefounder.
  • Assist in implementing operationalbest practices and standard operatingprocedures.
  • Coordinate with various departmentsto ensure smooth operations following the foundersinstructions.
3. FinancialAssistance:
  • Assist the founder inpreparing budgets financial reports andforecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and help implementcost control measures under the founderssupervision.
  • Support fundraising activities bypreparing pitch decks and financial models as per the foundersguidance.
4. New ProjectResearch:
  • Conduct research onpotential new projects and business opportunities as directed bythe founder.
  • Gather and analyze data to supportdecisionmaking for new initiatives.
  • Preparedetailed reports and presentations for review by thefounder.
5. InternalTraining:
  • Assist in organizing andconducting internal training sessions for employees as per thefounders plans.
  • Develop training materials andresources to support skill development under the foundersguidance.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of trainingprograms and suggest improvements to thefounder.
6. Innovation andIdeas:
  • Brainstorm and proposeinnovative ideas to drive business growth collaborating closelywith the founder.
  • Help implement creativesolutions as directed by the founder.
  • Stayupdated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identifynew opportunities sharing insights with thefounder.
7. Market Research andAnalysis:
  • Conduct thorough marketresearch to understand industry trends competitor activities andcustomer preferences as directed by thefounder.
  • Analyze data to provide insights andrecommendations for strategic planning.
  • Preparedetailed market analysis reports for the foundersreview.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Master s degree inBusiness Administration (MBA) or a relatedfield.
  • Experience in a startup environment orentrepreneurial role.
  • Strong knowledge ofdigital marketing strategies andtools.
  • Excellent analytical communication andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Proactive selfmotivated andwilling to take on newchallenges.
