**Job Description: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across various business functions.

As an EIR, you will be responsible for identifying the business opportunities, developing and executing actionable strategies, leading innovation efforts to enhance the company's growth trajectory while also managing financial, marketing, and administrative aspects of the business.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Founder to build, scale, and optimise business strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Initiatives**:

- Identify, develop, and execute high-impact initiatives that align with the company's long-term roadmap and objectives.
- Work on key business problems, bringing them to resolution and closure in a systematic, data-driven approach before moving on to the next initiative.
- Lead efforts in setting up new business verticals, launching new product categories, and establishing new channel partnerships.
- Drive market expansion strategies and growth opportunities by designing and implementing effective business strategies.

**2. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, finance, customer support, marketing, and other relevant departments to successfully execute business initiatives and projects.
- Lead the execution of key projects to ensure that they meet deliverables, timelines, and business objectives.

**3. Experimentation & Innovation**:

- Design and run experiments to gather insights around new categories, customer segments, and channel opportunities.
- Analyse experimental data to derive actionable insights, optimise business strategies, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.

**4. Business Analytics & Problem Solving**:

- Use data analytics and market research to inform decision-making and track the progress of initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of projects and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify business problems, conduct root cause analysis, and develop innovative solutions to solve those challenges efficiently.

**5. Customer Experience & NPS Improvement**:

- Focus on improving the overall customer experience and driving customer satisfaction by implementing initiatives to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Work closely with customer support and product teams to identify pain points in the customer journey and take action to resolve them.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **founder or CEO**, EIR or senior executive at a D2C startup
- Proven track record of successfully driving and executing strategic business initiatives in a D2C e-commerce startup
- Experience in business development, marketing, market research, brand building and channel management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
- MBA or similar advanced degree.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams to achieve business goals.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with the ability to run experiments and analyse results to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
