Role Overview:

We're seeking a creative and entrepreneurial content leader to drive our video content strategy as part of our Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in content creation, who can develop engaging and shareable content for both enterprise and SMB audiences.

The EIR - Content Marketing Manager will oversee the video content strategy, influencer partnerships, and campaigns, ensuring all efforts align with business goals to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Content Strategy: Design and implement an end-to-end video content strategy, overseeing ideation, execution, and distribution to align with audience preferences and business objectives.
  • Viral Content Creation: Develop trending, high-engagement content, especially video content, that speaks to business audiences across enterprise and SMB segments.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators, including influencers and agencies, to produce quality content and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Influencer Campaigns: Curate and lead influencer campaigns, building strong networks to drive brand engagement and growth.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics to assess content performance and continuously optimize strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Platform Content Production: Produce content across multiple formats, such as webinars, podcasts, and live streams, expanding our reach and engagement.
  • Content Virality & Innovation: Leverage insights on virality and trends to create content that is both innovative and shareable.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure content initiatives are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives, driving meaningful impact and value.
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Approach projects with a startup mindset, championing innovation, experimentation, and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years: Experience in a video content lead role or as an independent creator within a brand or agency environment.
  • Content Success: Proven track record of creating engaging, viral content with measurable outcomes.
  • Network: Established network of collaborators, including studios, influencers, and agencies, for campaign execution.
  • Multi-Format Skills: Proficiency in creating diverse content formats like podcasts, webinars, and live streams.
  • Social Media & SEO Savvy: Active social media presence with an understanding of SEO and analytics for content optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in video production, including shooting and editing.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Preference for professionals with entrepreneurial backgrounds, ex-founders, or independent creators.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
