We are seeking a skilled SMS/Email Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated SMS and email workflows to enhance communication effectiveness and efficiency. This role requires expertise in automation tools, delivery scheduling, and a deep understanding of best practices in SMS/email marketing. Responsibilities Experience as or with must have skills as  Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform  and Litmus . The other important keywords are email automation, marketing automation, and journey builder. Design, implement, and manage automated SMS and email workflows to deliver targeted messages to our audience segments. Utilize automation platforms to create dynamic workflows and trigger-based communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (., marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment of communication strategies with business objectives. Analyze performance metrics (., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize workflows and improve campaign effectiveness. Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule SMS and email deliveries in advance. Monitor delivery schedules and troubleshoot any issues to ensure timely and accurate message delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SMS/email marketing automation. Qualifications Experience as or with must have skills as  Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform  and Litmus . The other important keywords are email automation, marketing automation, and journey builder. Proven experience in SMS/email marketing automation, with a strong understanding of workflow design and execution. Proficiency in automation platforms, including hands-on experience in workflow creation and optimization. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
