The will be launching, maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing social and programmatic display campaigns in support of the distributed team efforts for the Biosciences Division, nested under the Life Sciences Group of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

This role directly reports to the Social Media & Display Operations Lead and is based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate has minimum couple of years of practical hands-on experience in working with a brand in one or more of the following systems: Social Ads Manager (Meta or LinkedIn, Google Ads preferred) a 3rd party social management platform (CXM) ( Hootsuite, Sprinklr, SocialPilot) a programmatic DSP or ad exchange. A person due diligence, proactive, and fast paced with an outstanding solutioning mentality that constantly looks for new opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of paid campaigns, while driving execution with minimum errors and maintaining quality checks at scale.

To be successful in this role, person driving projects concurrently, have strong social skills, be able to work and collaborate with a complementary team that applies Agile methodology to perform their daily functions.

What will you do?

This person will focus on bringing the paid social and display strategies to life by working on them. Partner with the global collaborators to implement digital campaigns, in addition to performing standard optimization and basic reporting tasks. Use Social CXM and Display DSP platforms to implement paid campaigns and handle budget distribution among relevant audiences for desired important metrics. Find a better way every day by demonstrating the latest tools and keeping up with industry trends to focus on solution-based results. Follow workflow and maintain tight on time turnaround of projects, with prioritization mentorship from operations supervisor. Work with internal customers to guarantee efficient project outcome. Provide project status updates to the supervisor, team members and business partners to set expectations on timelines, accomplishments, and impediments. Leverage processes, findings, standard methodologies, content calendars and documentation from the Global Social & Display Marketing Team to perform day-to-day job with due diligence. As part of an Agile marketing team, function and participate in relevant ceremonies and operations while using project management software. Be flexible with off-hour group meetings as a function of working within a larger distributed team.

Education

Bachelor’s or associate Degree. Degrees in Science, Biotech, Computer Engineering, IT, a plus.

Required Experience

· 1-2 years of experience in B2B customer centric digital marketing or digital campaign management for businesses.

· Practical experience working in a programmatic display platform within a DSP or an ad exchange ( Adobe Ad Cloud, Sizmek, The Trade Desk or DV360)

· Hands-on experience executing, managing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns using at least one of these native social media campaign managers: Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads.

· Proven track record of crafting, optimizing and reinventing paid campaigns to constantly improve important metric.

· Basic Excel skills to run and update display campaigns via bulk upload process.

· Experience completing and maintaining multiple campaigns, including ownership and oversight of large budgets for global campaigns.
