DESCRIPTION:


AdMax Local Digital is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid search marketing to help clients realize and achieve their potential. This individual should have experience managing or assisting in management of Google / Bing performance marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is analytical, solutions-driven, creative, hungry to learn, and has a passion for growing businesses. The Growth Marketing Specialist will support client growth through a focus on driving sales, using data, analytics & creative to build a consultative solution for our customers. This is an outstanding opportunity to become a search marketing expert and to work with growing start-up ecommerce brands.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


●      Develop and maintain learning agendas for clients around key projects for campaign structure, keywords, and copy.

●      Pull reporting, analyze data and insights to help guide strategy and implementation of search campaigns.

●      Build and launch Google/Bing campaigns, ad groups, and ads.

●      Methodical A/B testing of keywords, ads and other media tactics.

●      Proactively identify new opportunities for growth or optimization for clients

●      Proactively Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

●      Support media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.

●      Requires strong project management skills to prioritize day-to-day standard tasks, test activations, and campaign optimization.

●      Participate in internal meetings, share, and collaborate with all team members.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


●      3-5 years of marketing experience in search and direct response marketing

●      Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights.

●      Experience as a Google Ads user and knowledge of search ad products

●      Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

●      Excellent project management skills

●      Excellent analytical skills

●      Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
