Overview:The TalentAcquisition position is crucial to our organization as it drivesthe complete recruitment cycle and plays a vital role in attractingsourcing and hiring top talent. This role is essential for buildingand maintaining a robust team that aligns with the companys goalsand values.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline oftoptier candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance onthe overall recruitment process.
  • Utilizevarious channels for talent acquisition including social media jobboards and professional networks.
  • Screenresumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skillsexperience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate andparticipate in interview processes ensuring a positive experiencefor both candidates and interviewers.
  • Managethe offer process including negotiating offers and communicatingemployment details.
  • Build and maintain anetwork of potential candidates through proactive market researchand ongoing relationship management.
  • Monitorand analyze recruitment metrics to improve the overall talentacquisition process.
  • Collaborate with externalpartners such as recruitment agencies and job fairs to enhancetalent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices to continuously improve therecruitment process.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a TalentAcquisition Specialist or similarrole.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcingtechniques and recruitment strategies.
  • Strongknowledge of employment legislation and bestpractices.
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage andprioritize multiple searches andprojects.
  • Proficiency in applicant trackingsystems and other HR software.
  • Excellentnegotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Highlevel of professionalism andconfidentiality.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
