About theRole

As a Sr. ManagerOperations at Moove.io youwill be at the forefront of managingand

expanding our urban mobility operationswithin your assigned city. You will overseea

wide range of responsibilities including fleetoperations driver management customer

support andpartnerships with local stakeholders. Your role will involveoptimizing the

efficiency and reliability of ourtransportation services ensuring exceptionalcustomer

experiences and driving sustainablegrowth in your city. Join us in revolutionizingurban

mobility and shaping the future oftransportation in your community.

What youll bedoing

Setup Lead and Scale Mooves businessoperations in your city.

Manage and Coach theOperations Team Leads.

Craft and achievebusiness goals with regards to operationalexcellence

profitability and Driverexperience.

Work closely with the Head ofOperations to drive projects and resolveany

operational issues.

ManageCity Operations Metrics Dashboard and ensure that the businessand

operational metrics are healthy at alltimes

Lead daily standups to review City Opsdata and plan the next course of action

Lead thecharge on ensuring timely and full collection of all driverreceivables

Facilitate timely onboarding ofvehicles and support vehicle supply activities.

Support incountry initiatives to promote Driver Safety and DriverDiversity.

Lead deployment and quality of supplychain (i.e. Moove Driverpartners)

Collaboratewith marketing teams to initiate creative local strategies anduser

growth campaigns

Workwith Central Ops and other city managers to help scale our othercities

through developing and sharing bestpractices

Lead local regulatory concerns withour Policy Legal and Communications teams.

Whatyou will need for this position

Successfulcandidates will bring a dynamic combination of IQ and EQ andan

ability to think strategically and executetactically.

A keen sense of responsibilityinitiative and an ability to inspire. You shouldfeel

comfortable working autonomously and in ateam environment.

A minimum of 8 years ofexperience but we will consider candidates withless

experience if they meet our otherrequirements

Operational experience is a plus;knowledge of the automotive industry isnot

required but is a plus.

Excellent communication organisation and project managementskills

Balance attention to detail with swiftexecution we need to do things quickly and

weneed to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging and thisshould be a

strength of yours

Ability to prioritise important and urgentactivities

Excellent organisational skills andattention to detail.

Excellent time managementskills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

MBA will be a preferred but not amandatory requirement

Growth mindset to scale upproducts and new geographies

Ability to fusebusiness strategy finance and legal concepts to leadcomplex

multifaceted deals.
