Job Description
Responsible for all sales activities and personnel involved in the Sales department Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while focusing on the Organization’s strategic goals. Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization. Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization. Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization. Function as a strategic business leader of the property's sales and develop sales goals and ensure alignment with brand business strategies. Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients. Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors changes. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
Qualifications
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Hospitality. Self driven individual with a proactive and positive approach to change. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly Responsible and reliable Displays high levels of flexibility, initiatives, sincerity, leadership and team work.
