PositionOverview: L4B Software is looking for a Senior SoftwareIntegrator with over 7 years of experience. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in MCAL CDD integration andAUTOSARbased ECUs along with expertise in Vector stack &BSW diagnostics and communication protocols. This role requiresadvanced skills in software configuration integration anddevelopment on the AUTOSARarchitecture.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • SoftwareConfiguration andIntegration:
    • Configureintegrate and develop software components on the AUTOSARarchitecture across various software layers (e.g. Application SWCRTE Com Stack Diagnosis Memory Crypto Stack ComplexDrivers).
    • Perform integrationactivities based on Software Integration Packages (SIP) of variousmodules.
    • Conduct integrationactivities based on ECU extracts to ensure seamless functionalityandcompatibility.
  • QualityAssurance andCompliance:
    • Ensurethat the project is developed according to Magna quality standardsand is ASPICE compliant.
    • Implementrigorous testing validation and verification processes to ensuresoftware reliability andperformance.
    • Maintain compliancewith relevant industry standards and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Diagnosticsand CommunicationProtocols:
    • Implementand manage diagnostics and communication protocols including CANEthernet and Flexray.
    • Develop andmaintain diagnostic tools and services for efficienttroubleshooting andmaintenance.
  • CollaborationandCoordination:
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including hardware engineers systemarchitects and project managers to define and deliver comprehensivesoftware solutions.
    • Engage withstakeholders to understand requirements and translate them intotechnicalspecifications.
    • Participate inproject planning estimation and risk managementactivities.
  • ContinuousImprovement:
    • Stayupdated with the latest industry trends technologies and bestpractices in softwareintegration.
    • Proactively identifyareas for improvement in software integration processes andimplement necessary changes.
    • Driveinitiatives to enhance software performance scalability andmaintainability.


Requirements

RequiredQualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • 7 years of experience insoftware integration particularly in automotive or embeddedsystems.
  • Proficiency in advanced Cprogramming.
  • Extensive experiencewith Classic AUTOSAR architecture and specific softwarelayers.
  • Working knowledge ofautomotive communication protocols such as CAN andEthernet.
  • Expertise in Vector andElektrobit solutions.
  • Good knowledgeof Embedded RealTime Operating Systems(RTOS).
  • Strong problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Excellent Englishcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a collaborative teamenvironment

Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience insoftware integration, particularly in automotive or embeddedsystems. Proficiency in advanced C programming. Extensiveexperience with Classic AUTOSAR architecture and specific softwarelayers. Working knowledge of automotive communication protocolssuch as CAN and Ethernet. Expertise in Vector and Elektrobitsolutions. Good knowledge of Embedded Real-Time Operating Systems(RTOS). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ExcellentEnglish communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability towork effectively in a collaborative team environment
