PositionOverview:
L4B Softwareis seeking a Senior Software Architect with 710 years of experiencefor a key technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in software architecture MCAL CDD integrationand AUTOSARbased ECUs along with expertise in Vector stack& BSW diagnostics and communicationprotocols.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ArchitecturalLeadership:
    • Leadthe design and architecture of software solutions for MCAL CDD andAUTOSARbased ECUs.
    • Define andenforce architectural standards and bestpractices.
    • Drive the technicaldirection and strategy for softwareprojects.
  • TechnicalGuidance andMentorship:
    • Guideand mentor development teams in best practices and architecturalprinciples.
    • Conduct architecturereviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence toarchitectural guidelines.
    • Facilitateknowledge sharing and technical discussions within theteam.
  • SoftwareDevelopment andIntegration:
    • UtilizeVector stack & BSW for effective software development andarchitecture.
    • Oversee theintegration of software components to ensure seamless functionalityand performance.
    • Implementdiagnostics and communication protocols including CAN Ethernet andFlexray.
  • QualityAssurance andCompliance:
    • Ensuresoftware architecture meets industry standards and qualityrequirements.
    • Implement and managerobust testing validation and verificationprocesses.
    • Maintain compliance withrelevant regulatory requirements andstandards.
  • CollaborationandCoordination:
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including hardware engineers systemarchitects and project managers to define and deliver comprehensivesoftware solutions.
    • Engage withstakeholders to understand requirements and translate them intotechnicalspecifications.
    • Participate inproject planning estimation and risk managementactivities.
  • ContinuousImprovement:
    • Stayabreast of the latest industry trends technologies and bestpractices in softwarearchitecture.
    • Proactively identifyareas for improvement in software architecture and developmentprocesses.
    • Drive initiatives toenhance software performance scalability andmaintainability.


Requirements

RequiredQualifications:

  • Bachelors or master s degree in computer science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • 710 years of experience insoftware architecture and development particularly in automotive orembedded systems.
  • Proficiency inMCAL and CDD integration.
  • Extensiveexperience with HPC and AUTOSARbasedECUs.
  • Expertise in Vector stack& BSW.
  • Indepth knowledge ofdiagnostics and communication protocols (CAN EthernetFlexray).
  • Strong problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Excellent Englishcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Ability to lead and inspirea team fostering a culture of innovation andexcellence.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in computerscience, Engineering, or a related field. 7-10+ years of experiencein software architecture and development, particularly inautomotive or embedded systems.
