Requirements
Experience & skills
Around 10 years hands on experience in Sales and Business Development in Govt and Pvt Business. Must have good connect with Architects and PMCs.
May be from Furniture, Ceiling, Fire Doors, Carpets, Glass, Blinds , hardware, laminate or any other Interiors industry products. Capable of generating leads, performing product presentation, good understanding of enquiry process and Business scenario, order closure and negotiation. Should also have relationship management, Team building and Team management skills
Primary Function
Works with National / Zonal Manager to execute sales strategies as per Clients process. Individual contribution is expected as well as to employ consultative selling methods to influence people across different departments be it infra/facilities/admin/purchase to generate Leads and later shortlist and display a focused approach in ensuring win-win situation. for client. Sales position for an outright winner, who has a good track record in achieving results. May exhibit an expert of product to end customer. At last, ensure imbibing clients principles in all actions.

1. Responsible for developing Delhi & NCR market by focusing on Private, Industrial accounts and Govt. accounts and leading teams to succeed and Win the deal in B2B enquiries
2. Drive and Develop business on key accounts given through focused effort and solution
3. Drive & Generate and add business from new key accounts
4. Drive & Generate business through establishing relationships with other major influencers
5. Responsible for closing orders with good prices and within approval limits for self & for the team
6. Drive & Required to keep focus on sales target and participate in regular internal review, and weekly progress assessment
7. Drive & Ensure regular communication with external teams and internal teams across functions
8. Participate in local events for brand promotion when required of
9. Drive, Maintaining and developing relations with key architects, PMC and Contractors
10. Drive Order with good payment terms and regular follow up on outstanding to keep it under control
11. Drive effective mock up presentations professionally along with team
12. COMPLETELY SELF DRIVEN & Able to work independently most of the time, within minimum structured support
13. Is proficient to build Govt enquiries and close Govt deals
14. Should have exposure making chic presentations to Senior Management, CXO’s and Architects community
15. Develop and Motivate channel partners and ensure they play a critical part in growth of the region.
