Joining Deal Desk Operations is a unique opportunity to work closely with our salespeople and support them to do what they do best - sell. An effective Deal Desk Analyst uses a mix of critical thinking, creativity, excellent communication and relationship building skills. Success in this position requires you to be a self-starter with proven problem-solving skills. In this position you will work cross-functionally with our Sales Operations, Order Management, and Legal teams to provide quoting and deal structuring support to the Imperva Thales Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide pricing, deal structuring and quoting support to our sales teams after training. Develop in depth knowledge of pricing models, deal scoring and product configuration Respond to and resolve internal Sales questions about products, SKUs, GTM programs, operational processes and product configuration Partner with Order Management team to resolve administrative issues at time of booking, as required Proactively review sales opportunities to ensure completeness. Work with sales reps to help triage issues and inquiries Guide and assist sales reps with progressing their SFDC opportunities and quotes to help close deals with our partners and customers  Facilitate training sessions with new hire sales reps covering an introduction to Deal Desk as well as SFDC opportunity and quote creation processes
