Job Description
Responsibilities:

Overseeing the entire human resources department to make sure it runs smoothly
Onboarding
Induction
Managing employee relations and working with employees to resolve any conflict or grievances
Overseeing all hiring and onboarding processes
Employee engagement
Client Management
Budgeting
Interview scheduling
Attendance tracking
ATS Management
Leave management

RequirementsRequired Skills:

Graduation or equivalent degree with specialization in HR preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficiency in HR technology, HR tools, HR software, applicant tracking systems, Social media recruitment tools, portfolio platforms, learning and management systems, performance management, contract management is preferred.
Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office
Strategic solution-based problem-solving with good communication Skills
Multi-tasker who is persistence to follow up with a systematic work style
Passion for the creative industry and understanding of its specific needs and challenges is a plus.
Strong understanding of contractual staffing regulations and compliance practices.

Requirements
