- Graduate in any stream
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in HR Operations
- Results and deadline driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good to have
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc)
- Experience specific to Recruitment Admin process for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for supporting the recruitment transactional activities across the organization. This includes scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Process Job Requisition (Create & Amend Requisition)
- Liaise with 3rd party for pre-Employment Checks
- Liaise with 3rd Party for Pre-employment checks & documentation
- Processing of Employee Data/Profile Set up in the HR System
- Hire Date Changes & Manage No Shows
- Publish Ad hoc reports
- Publish Scheduled reports
- Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
- Maintain service level agreements
**Salary**: ₹179,334.19 - ₹1,037,036.67 per year
