As an **Associate Business System Admin**, you’ll have a crucial role in helping our internal and external customers achieve success by managing relationships and responding to their questions and service requests. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty to tackle any issues, and you’ll work very closely with the global support team (CIT) to prioritize and resolve issues.

- Excellent verbal / written communication as well as organizational skills
- Outstanding problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Ability and desire to create and manage knowledge base articles.
- An intense curiosity about how systems work
- A "can do" attitude.
- Hands on experience of Atlassian Jira, Oracle NetSuite, ERP and OpenAir, PSA is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and ‘1-2 years’ experience on Operations or Ticketing system is preferred.
- Certifications on Oracle ERP, Atlassian-Jira preferred.
- Must be familiar with IT security protocols.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and deliver day-to-day NetSuite/OpenAir support requests on Jira.
- Coordinate and deliver day-to-day Jira support requests.
- Work with business users and responding to functional questions and/or inquiries.
- Help users get familiar with Cloud Applications functionality as needed.
- Assist in reviewing and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Document the resolution to common issues and update the internal Knowledge Base.
- Work with internal teams on managing and delivering Jira/NetSuite/OpenAir-related projects, including the following:
- Work with users on identifying key improvement areas and documenting requirements.
- Plan, estimate and execute the delivery of end-to-end resolutions.
- Coordinate and/or assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the deliverable.
- Communicate project status with internal key stakeholders.
- Designing and delivering reports in Jira/NetSuite/OpenAir
