As part of its expansion plans in India we are seekingdynamic and proactive individuals to join our team as Field SalesOfficers.
JobDescription:As a Field SalesOfficer you will play a crucial role in driving business growth byidentifying and acquiring clients who can supply used cooking oilfor our biodiesel production. Additionally you will be responsiblefor nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensurelongterm partnerships. This role requires frequent travel withinthe designated city territory therefore owning a twowheeler ismandatory.KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Identifyand prospect potential clients including restaurants hotelscatering businesses and other establishments generating usedcooking oil.
  2. Conduct market research toidentify opportunities for business expansion and stay updated onindustry trends.
  3. Initiate and maintain regularcommunication with existing clients to understand their needs andensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Negotiatecontracts and agreements with clients to secure a steady supply ofused cooking oil.
  5. Collaborate with internalteams including operations and logistics to ensure smoothcoordination and timely delivery of rawmaterials.
  6. Prepare and deliver salespresentations proposals and reports to clients and management asrequired.
  7. Monitor competitor activities andmarket conditions to adjust sales strategiesaccordingly.
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterlysales targets set by the management.
  9. Providetimely feedback to the management regarding market trends clientpreferences and competitoractivities.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  2. A non graduate or any graduate can alsoapply.
  3. Proven experience in sales preferably inthe renewable energy or environmentalsector.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiationskills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with clients.
  6. Selfmotivated witha resultsdriven approach.
  7. Willingness to travelextensively within the designated cityterritory.
  8. Possession of a valid twowheelerlicense and owning a twowheelervehicle.
  9. Familiarity with the local market andbusiness landscape in the designatedcity.
  10. Ability to work independently and as partof a team.
  11. Fluency in local languages andEnglish ispreferred.
