Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify healthcare professionals for our US clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, job boards, and professional networks. Candidate Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the sourcing process.
