**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Job Descriptions**: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to hiring managers and leadership.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with HR and departmental teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and infrastructure management.
- **Sourcing Techniques**: Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Data-Driven**: Comfortable using recruitment metrics and analytics to inform strategies and improve processes.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
