The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life cycle recruitment for various non-exempt and exempt level positions in the United States. As a talent partner, the Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.
**What you will do**:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for various Support Band and Professional Band (non-exempt and exempt level) positions in the assigned region. Function as a talent partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.
- Manage an ongoing, high volume of requisitions with limited oversight
- Create strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openings
- Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partners
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and identify and learn best practice recruiting methodology Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements
**What experience you need**
- 3 years’ experience in a corporate recruiting role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
- Advanced consultative skills with a strong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume, professional recruiting environment
- Track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talent
