- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., programming languages, cloud technologies, databases).
- **Tools Expertise**: Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Zoho Recruit, or LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Use multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent in IT fields such as software development, system administration, cybersecurity, data science, etc.
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms and optimize them for visibility.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and expectations.
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers, salary negotiations, and other employment agreements.
