WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Ensure the accurate positioning of the hotel in terms of occupancy and rooms availability Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services. Ensure that the various monthly statistical reports are generated and assist in the development of occupancy forecasts for the annual budget. Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Flexibility in handling varying reservation demands, dealing with last-minute changes, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. 
Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

Should be well versed with Opera  Basic knowledge of sales techniques can be an asset, aiding in upselling rooms or packages to guests. Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office operations, or customer service roles is highly valued Pre-opening experience would be an added advantage. Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
Additional Information

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
