Job Title: Senior Manager Training & Quality - Lean Six Sigma Certified


Duties & Responsibilities

 Strategic Quality Management of the Business Support Services Business by assisting Operations to deliver high quality service to its customers.

 Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.

 To lead and drive performance improvement initiatives proactively.

 Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.

 Lead and mentor a team of training and quality professionals.

 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

 Assist in transition of new business/projects.


Required Skills

 10+ years of experience in leading quality and training functions in an outsourcing business.  Excellent leadership and team management skills.

 Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

 Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies – preferably Lean, Six Sigma - Yellow/Green Belt. BB certification is preferred but not mandatory.

 Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.


Additional/Preferred Skills

 Experience and understanding of travel or tour operator business.


Educational Qualifications Required

 Bachelor's degree in any field. Master’s degree is a plus.
