**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who should be able to address customer issues on call and also be able to prepare presentations, reports, memos and manage calendars.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving incoming calls and diverting them to the concerned team members
- Greeting clients and directing them to the respective departments
- Taking messages and making note of any requests from clients.
- Addressing customer queries and complaints
- Maintaining and updating a diary of all day-to-day activities
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Providing important reminders and notifications
- Taking the responsibility of making travel arrangements
- Preparing minutes of the meetings
- Taking dictations from the Managing Director
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders for the same
- Assisting in preparing presentations, reports, invoices, and memos
- Maintaining an accurate filing system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience in the Administrative department as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or a similar position
- Complete knowledge of office management systems and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Good observational and analytical skills
- Impressive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Well-groomed and motivated individual
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
