Assisting guests who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
- Scrutiny the availability of accommodation or transportation on the guest’s desired travel dates.
- Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to guest.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or special packages.
- Providing support to guests who may need to modify or cancel a reservation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
