Job Description

Preferably 5 to 10 years in NBFC/bank treasury, loan syndication, debt fundraising, with a strong network across financial institutions. Experience in investment banking or commercial banking with existing lender relationships is highly preferred.

• Skills:

1. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

2. Comfortable with frequent travel (3-5 days per month) across various locations in India.

3. Proficient in financial analysis, modelling, and MS Office tools.

4. Strong grasp of financial instruments such as Term Loans, NCD, Sub Debt, Securitization etc.

5. Excellent knowledge of Indian and Offshore Debt markets.

6. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

7. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating value.

8. Ability to persuade, lead, and handle objections confidently.

9. Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.

10. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure.


Qualifications

1. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in financing companies, including PSU Banks, Pvt Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFCs, AIFs, and DFIs.

2. Deal Coordination: Collaborate with various departments within lenders/funds to ensure seamless processing of deals through closure.

3. Investor Engagement: Engage with investors to facilitate end-to-end tracking and closure of mandates from clients.

4. Content Creation: Develop pitch books, marketing materials, debt profiles, credit memos, and sector/regulatory briefs for investor/lender meetings.

 5-10 years of work experience in Investment bank/ advisory business or rating agency Crisil, care, icra, India ratings, Brickwork, Acuite
