Job Description

Investor Relations

  • Assist in managing the compliances wrt to investors, MCA and all other agencies as applicable
  • Update investment memorandum, business plan and any other data required from investors
  • Stay updated with regulations and keep track of additional compliances as issued by regulatory authority

Deal Analysis

  • Analyse financial data of companies and create financial models for making decisions with regards to loan application

§ Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel models

§ Monitoring the industry for current events, trends, and other financial information

  • Travel for client meetings and industry research as well as execution of deals
  • Be actively involved in day-to-day transaction execution, gaining significantly more client interaction and live deal experience.

Client Relationship Management     

§ Build and manage relationships with clients pre and post disbursement of loan

§ Onboard DSAs/Loan Partners to increase inflow of loan applications

§ Coordinate with clients and loan partners (DSAs) to gather financial data required for analysis.

§ Monitor the usage of funds post disbursement of loan and gather further requirements of clients.

Management Reporting

§ Provide direct support to the management team and clients to ensure timely delivery of services and deliverables.

§ Work on Business Plan, Investment Memorandum, and growth plan for company's portfolio.

§ Issue final reports of client interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communication.

Candidate Requirements

§ Bachelor’s in commerce/finance

§ 2-3 years of experience in the field of Finance

§ Candidates having exposure in PSU, Banks, NBFCs or any other financial Institutions

§ Exposure of big (1-10 Cr) as well as small (1-5 lakh) ticket size is plus

§ Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines
