  • Assist guests with check in andcheckout as well as other cashieringduties.
  • Review arrival lists and preparecompendiums prior to guests arrival and checkinto system ifnecessary.
  • Welcome guests on arrival registerand issue room keys according to departmental standards andprocedures.
  • Ensure that members consistentlyreceive all benefits and repeat guests and other VIPs receivespecial recognition and service. Prepare and send welcome cards andamenities to room prior to guestarrival.
  • Liaise closely with other relevantdepartments to ensure that guests requests and needs aremet.
  • Update and maintain repeat guest historysystem.
  • Promote InterHotel sales and inhousefacilities according to departmental standards to maximizerevenue.
  • Handle guests complaints and commentstactfully and efficiently.
  • Handling guestsmails messages and answering of phonecalls.
  • Maintain the privacy and confidentialityof all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests aredisclosed.
  • Be vigilant in regard to inhousecredit matters and act upon anydiscrepancies.

 

 


Qualifications:

Service focusedpersonality is essential

Minimum 6 months1 year work experience in hoteloperations.

Having a relevant degree or diplomain Hospitality or Tourism management ispreferable
