OverviewThe CRMExecutive (Sales) plays a crucial role in the sales team bymanaging the customer relationship management (CRM) system andensuring its efficient utilization to enhance sales operations.This role is essential in driving customer engagement fosteringstrong customer relationships and improving sales productivitythrough effective use of CRM tools and data analysis. The CRMExecutive (Sales) works closely with the sales and marketing teamsto streamline processes maintain accurate customer data and providevaluable insights for sales strategies and customercommunication.Keyresponsibilities
  • Utilize CRM softwareto manage monitor and evaluate customer interactions anddata
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teamsto create and implement CRM campaigns
  • Providetraining and support to sales and marketing teams on CRM systemusage
  • Analyze customer data and behavior toidentify trends and opportunities for salesimprovement
  • Develop and maintain sales reportsand dashboards for performance tracking
  • Ensuredata accuracy and cleanliness within the CRMsystem
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data andprocesses to ensure compliance andefficiency
  • Optimize CRM workflows and processesto improve user experience and salesproductivity
  • Assist in the creation andmaintenance of CRM documentation and standard operatingprocedures
  • Participate in CRM system upgradesand enhancements
  • Generate insights andrecommendations for sales strategies based on CRM dataanalysis
  • Contribute to the development ofcustomer segmentation targeting andprofiling
  • Collaborate with IT and otherdepartments to integrate CRM with other businesssystems
  • Stay updated with industry bestpractices and technologies related to CRM and salesoperations
  • Provide feedback and suggestions forCRM system enhancements andimprovements
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing Sales or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in CRM administrationor a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRMsoftware and tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or ZohoCRM
  • Strong understanding of sales processes andstrategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis andreporting
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to translatebusiness requirements into technical solutions within theCRM
  • Problemsolving skills with a focus oncontinuous improvement
  • Experience in trainingand supporting endusers in CRMsystems
  • Understanding of customer relationshipmanagement best practices
  • Ability to prioritizeand manage multiple taskssimultaneously
  • Attention to detail andcommitment to data integrity
  • Knowledge of GDPRand other relevant data protectionregulations
  • Understanding of marketingautomation and its integration with CRMsystems
  • Adaptability and willingness to learnnew technologies and tools
