SAP dCEM (Digital CustomerEngagement Manager)This isSAP Customer Engagement Manager position which is elevated role asper career progression/ path for SAP Basis consultant who wouldlike to become SDM/ Account Manager/ Service Manager in theircareer journey. Primary role/ responsibility for this role is tounderstand customer requirements about their SAP Landscape andfacilitate solutions technical services with alignment of SAPbackend support (TechOps) team on SAP RISEPlatform.DCEM is primary SPOC for RISEcustomers and will engage with customers on regular basis toprovide guidance about their SAP Landscape functioning OR anymaintenances (planned/ unplanned)DCEM teammember works very closely with SAP IAE CAA TSM CDM teams to ensureCustomer has all necessary guidance information needed for theirSAP Landscape functioning & planning (Refer detailed Roles& Responsibilities below)SAP RISEPlatform offers all latest SAP Technologies (Products) with optionsfor customer to select their own Hyperscaler (AWS Azure orGCP).This role is Customerfacing and will require to join meetings answer technical queriesfrom customer team & presentassessments.Sinceit is an Engagement Manager role so there is no expectation fromthe resource to perform any handsonwork.TechnicalSkill Set required to perform abovetasks:Technicalexpertise in SAP Basis area with minimum of 5 years ofexperience.2 Cloud knowledge (e.g. throughSolution Management Consulting and/or Delivery Programmanagement).Good understanding &handson experience required in S/4 HANA Application & HANAdatabase.Experience in SAP Upgrade &Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.Experience inSaaS products (Ariba Salesforce C4S etc.) integration with SAPLandscape is plus.Handson experience in anyof hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.Scope for thecareerHave a scopeof learning new technologies on SAP Products (S/4HANA HANA DatabaseMDG SaaS Products (Ariba Salesforce etc.) & Cloud (AWSAzure OR GCP)Will have access to all SAPinternal training & learning materials to gain knowledge inlatest technologies.Will gain exposure toall latest build architectures in one single place/ position whichwill be valuable/ useful in future. Generally thisexposure is not available in any regular SAP Basisposition.Will not be assigned/dedicated to one single customer but will engage with Multiplecustomers in various Industries to gain knowledge about differentSAP Landscape setups Delivery processes &Challenges.Will rotate in different internalSAP dCEM CoE (Migrations Upgrade Escalation GoLiveetc.)Key tasks comprisethefollowing:TechnicalArchitecture Landscape issues/ queries guidance to endcustomers.Supports sales to deliveryhandover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise CloudServicesContributes toonboarding/transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUDSERVICESOrchestrates the overallservice/project delivery according to planned scope budget andmilestonesSupports in deescalations ofcritical customer situationsSupportscritical customer situations in conjunction with Major IncidentManagement (MIM) SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Officeteams and SAP Product Support asapplicableContributes to customer releaseand maintenance activitiesSupports customerson technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAPEnterpriseExecutes and supports problemmanagement and continuousimprovementContributes to the liaison withdifferent SAP stakeholders esp. Virtual customer success partnerinvolved in the accounts to ensure customersuccessSupports in reviewing account statusand analyzing if account needs to be transitioned to another teambased on growth in volume or complexity of the accountovertime.Systematic and faster onboarding ofassociates: mandatory trainingsdocumentationEnable continuous delta KTs onnew topics and refresher sessions.
