Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Your duties will include but may not be limited to the following.
Job brief:
Our Client Relationship Executives will develop relationships with potential clients through cold outbound calls, and establish and maintain professional rapport with them by being on the front lines.
We are looking for genuinely caring, curious, tenacious team players with strong communication skills who are excited to be a part of a rapidly growing company.

Position: Client Relationship Executive
Employment Type: Full-time (Nightshift).
Work Location: Chennai or Remote
Job Description:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you'll be on the front lines of understanding our customers and prospects to help strengthen our market position and brand identity. Your curiosity, persistence, empathy, and communication skills will help you engage with our leads and turn them into customers. You will be given training in
● Converting leads through cold outbound calls, texts, and emails.
● Converting leads and prospects to customers and developing relationships with potential clients.
● Work collaboratively with our sales team to gain new leads and opportunities.
● Educate clients on offerings and services.
● Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts.
● Implementing strategic sales plans.
● Manage follow-ups and customer satisfaction with urgency.
● Manage leads and prospects and maintain professional rapport with clients.
Qualifications
● Degree completed/ Undergoing/ with Arrears
● Basic computer knowledge required
● Understanding of technology and technical terms is a plus
● Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
● Good time management with strong organizational skills
Work Environment:
