**Job Title: Client Relationship Executive**

**Location: Chennai**

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The

engineering, and other commercial lines of business. This role requires proficiency in preparing RFQs,

placements, renewals, and claims coordination. Core engineering knowledge will be an added

advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs

are met and exceeded.

RFQs and Placements: Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and facilitate the

**placement of insurance policies.**

Policy Renewals: Oversee the renewal process of insurance policies, ensuring timely and

accurate updates.

Claims Coordination: Coordinate and manage claims, liaising with clients and insurers to

ensure smooth and efficient processing.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to provide

clients with the best advice and solutions.

Documentation: Ensure all documentation related to policies, claims, and renewals is accurate

and up-to-date.

Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients both verbally and in writing,

providing clear and concise information

**Qualifications**:
Educational Background: A graduate in technical engineering with a good academic

background and an insurance background will be a great advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an insurance or

insurance broking company

**Skills**:
Strong Technical communication and analytical skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Proficient in preparing RFQs, handling placements, renewals, and coordinating claims.

Ability to take on responsibilities and work independently.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience with commercial

lines of business, particularly property and engineering.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
