Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and job specifications.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to attract top technical talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Big Data Developers.
  • Strong knowledge of technical skills and technologies in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment.
