Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.


The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Technical Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:


Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.

Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output.

Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers.

Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline.

Actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools.

Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion in the business.

Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets.

Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks.

Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting.


Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  1. Recruitment Strategy:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop job descriptions and post openings on appropriate channels to attract relevant candidates.
  1. Candidate Engagement:
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide updates on job opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Recruitment Experience:
  • Previous experience in technical recruiting or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruiting techniques, tools, and best practices.
  1. Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and requirements, such as programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  1. Problem-Solving Abilities:
  • Ability to identify recruitment challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  1. Organization and Time Management:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues across different departments or locations.
