Role Overview:


As a Technical Recruiter at Fotato, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled technical professionals who will contribute to the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge food and grocery delivery technology. You will work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their technical needs and find the best talent to fit those needs.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract top technical candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with company values.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and job specifications. Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to better understand the talent market and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, hiring metrics, and recruitment progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Fotato as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and unique selling points to potential candidates.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively seeking and engaging with a diverse pool of candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the tech or food delivery sector. Experience with sourcing and recruiting for software engineering, data science, and other technical roles is required.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies. Proficiency in using various recruiting tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the food and grocery delivery industry is a plus. Understanding of industry-specific technical skills and roles is advantageous.
