Job Title: Technical Recruiter


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a

Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a

variety of technical positions in the medical devices, Biotech, Pharmaceutical industries, among

others. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong

understanding of technology, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


 Sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical positions.

 Communicating with US clients and candidates via phone, email, and other channels.

 Understanding and utilizing Boolean search strings to optimize candidate sourcing efforts.

 Familiarity with US visa requirements.

 Conducting in-depth technical interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications.

 Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing.

 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ceipal and LinkedIn RPS

 Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:

 Minimum of 2+ Years’ experience

 Exceptional US Accent and communication skills.

 Strong email writing skills and proficiency in MS Word.

 Experience in cold calling and screening candidates.

 Familiarity with ATS and Boolean search strings.

 Ability to work nightshifts in accordance with US time zones.

 Understanding of technology and technical concepts.

 Familiarity with Medical devices, Biotech, Pharmaceutical industries.

 Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
